Low Carb? Protein Pizza?
Is this too good to be true?!
Happy to say, nope! It’s not too good to be true.
In fact, I’ve spent some serious hours and intense R&D to make this recipe taste JUST like the real thing.

Ingredients
- 240 grams Egg Whites
- 28 grams Coconut flour
- 1 gram sea salt To taste
- 1 gram Garlic Powder To taste

Instructions
- Add ingredients into a bowl and whisk together till smooth. This will take 60-90 seconds
- Preheat stovetop pan on 6/10 heat. Once preheated, spray with non stick cooking spray and add half your batter to the middle of the pan
- Pick up the pan and do a circular motion forming the shape of your crust by doing do. Add cover on top of pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, spray top of crust with non stick cooking spray and then flip it over. Cook on that side for another 5 minutes.
- Once done, repeat this process with the rest of your batter.
- Now you can add your toppings and cook in the air fryer or the oven. If air fryer, cook on 400 degrees F for 5 minutes If oven, cook on 450 degrees F for 8 minutes
