Ingredients for Homemade Ranch:
227g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
70g Unsweetened Almond Milk (can use whatever milk you want!)
30g White Vinegar
10g Fresh Chives
5g Fresh Parsley
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Dill
*Don’t be shy with the seasonings!
Ingredients for Wraps (makes 5):
5 Romaine Lettuceeaves
10oz Chicken Breast
Your Favorite Chicken Seasoning Blend (I used a Blackened Seasoning)
5 Slices Center Cut Bacon
35g 2% Colby Jack Cheese
2 Roma Tomatoes
25 Red Onion Strips
Directions:
1️⃣ First it’s time to make homemade low cal ranch. Finely mince your chives and parsley. Add all your ingredients into your bowl and mix till all smooth. Add to fridge.
2️⃣ Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and add your center cut bacon to a pan covered in parchment paper. Once done, add to oven for 15 minutes. Add bacon to paper towels to get super crispy once they are done baking.
3️⃣ Now season chicken tenders with your favorite seasoning blend. I used a blackened seasoning from HEB aka a local grocery store here in Texas. Add to air fryer on 400 degrees F for 8 minutes.
4️⃣ Once all components are done, take your 5 romaine lettuce leaves and lay flat on cutting board or wherever you want to build these wraps on. Add your chicken chopped into smaller chunks, bacon, cheese, tomato, red onion and ranch. Then enjoy!
