    After 2 years I have perfected the spreading of the dough but regardless of how ugly some of my pizza attempts have come out, the taste is always on point. I am not one of those people who is obsessed with pizza (team Cheeseburger) but I truly prefer this dough. I probably make pizza once a week now but two years ago never craved it.

    I purchased Food that Smacks and 50 lbs later I finally feel like I have control over my diet. I have always gained back any weight I lost when I tried to restrict myself through other diets. Once I found Zach and started making the recipes in his book I never looked back. The recipes are simple and most importantly delicious. I can now indulge in whatever foods used to be off limits and not feel like I am “cheating” on a diet. Do yourself a favor and grab yourself a copy.

    This book has to be my favourite. My mouth waters every time I open it . The English muffin pizzas and smash burgers have been a hit with the family and even my friends when requested remakes when they come next time.

    I’ve made so many of those recipes but the crunch wraps, smash burgers and tenders are some of my fave (oh and the cookies) this book is a must

    Easiest recipe for the Sweet potato bites! Only 15 mins until pure deliciousness!
    Great way to enjoy some sweet potato in a bowl with your other ingredients or as a side like i did . Sweet potatoes without a doubt are way better than regular potatoes. The crinkle cut fries are also pretty solid, again very easy to follow recipes with simple ingredients. Very crispy without the need to deep fry.
