Any type of Italian food is my favorite. I am always craving pizza so I decided to give this recipe book a try. Let me tell you the recipes did not disappoint. If you are a pizza lover like me there is pizza for breakfast, lunch/dinner and even dessert. My top three favorites are: breakfast, buffalo chicken, and the confetti Oreo dessert. (even though they’re all BOMB) fun to make with friends and family too.

FIRST OF ALL. Dessert pizza is slept on. This stuff is a complete game changer. Not only is it filling, there are a minuscule amount of sugars and calories compared to a traditional dessert. Not to mention you get 20+ grams of protein! The crust took me a while to get the hang of. It definitely burns easier than the regular pizza crust but it tastes amazing.

Not the best looking pizza but it was my first try. It may look ugly but this was packed with flavor. I’m not generally a pizza person but this recipe right here is so customizable that it can be whatever you want it to be, and for me the fact that it’s protein packed, sans the high fat and carb and also thin crust is the amazing! Don’t sleep on these cookbooks.
