    I purchased the Breakfast Lover’s Book and 50 lbs later I finally feel like I have control over my diet. I have always gained back any weight I lost when I tried to restrict myself through other diets. Once I found Zach and started making the recipes in his book I never looked back. The recipes are simple and most importantly delicious. I can now indulge in whatever foods used to be off limits and not feel like I am “cheating” on a diet.     I’ve tried a lot of the recipes out of this book, but by far my favorite is the Low Calorie Breakfast Wrap. If you’re from Texas like me and love breakfast tacos, this is a great alternative to get a high protein, macro friendly, breakfast wrap. Throwing it in the air fryer and getting that good crunch adds so much texture to an already great breakfast item. It has everything you want and is easy to customize. I’ve made it with bacon and sausage and loved both. The book is worth it just for this, but there are so many other wonderful recipes to try!

    I’m not really a breakfast person, but I do loooovvve pancakes. Zach has so many varieties to pimp your pancake game. Zach does the recipes as he does it, but you can twick it to your servings. I only eat 2-3 pancakes and someone else would eat the rest. Thus is the funfetti pancakes and I added some fruit. Scrumptious!

I have also made the low calorie breakfast wraps and protein cinnamon rolls. I know breakfast for some people is their favorite meal, or even least favorite meal of the day. With this book it will make waking up that much easier (and healthier). From mouthwatering pancakes to savory egg dishes and wholesome smoothies, each recipe is easy to follow and packed with flavor. The beautiful food photography adds an extra touch of inspiration. Definitely one of the many ‘must haves’ in the FDL collection.
