Ingredients:

  • 16oz 96/4 Lean Ground Beef
  • 42g 2% Colby Jack Cheese
  • 60ml Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 3 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 3 Everything Bagels (mine were 240 calories each)
  • 3 Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges

Low Cal Maple Buffalo Sauce:

  • 30g Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
  • 30g Sugar Free Pancake Syrup

Directions:

  1. First make your maple buffalo sauce by adding ingredients to bowl and mixing. Soo simple. This sauce is unreal.
  2. Now grate your 3 hard boiled eggs. Add to a bowl and season with sea salt and black pepper.
  3. Form your 16oz 96/4 Lean Ground Beef into 3 even sized patties. Flatten to form into as big of a patty as possible because it will shrink when cooking. We want it big enough to cover the whole bagel.
  4. Preheat pan on 7/10 heat. Add burger onto pan and salt the top side with sea salt. Cook on that side for 3-4 minutes until it starts to brown up the sides. Then flip and cook on the other side for another 2 minutes. Take off pan and repeat for all your other burgers. If you pan is big enough, do all 3 burgers at the same time.
  5. Now add all your burgers back to the pan and add your chicken broth to the pan. And also your cheese to the tops of each burger. Add a cover on top. This will bring a ton of juiciness back to the burgers and will melt the cheese.
  6. Toast your bagels and add 1 laughing cow cheese wedge to them. Add your burger to the bottom bagel. Then your grated egg, maple buffalo sauce and then top bagel. Enjoy!
