Macros for each Cone Dipper:
102 Cals, 8.5g Carbs, 4g Fat, 8g Protein
Ingredients (makes 8 Cone Dippers):
2 Large Burrito Tortillas (mine had 34g Carbs)
64g Turkey Pepperonis
56g Part Skim Mozzarella
Small Handful Fresh Basil
20g Egg Whites
Non Stick Cooking Spray
Directions:
1.) Cut your large flour tortillas into triangles aka cut your tortilla as if you were making a pizza with 4 slices. Brush your egg white wash on the edges to help seal the cones when it comes time to roll them.
2.) Now add 8 turkey pepperonis, 7g cheese and a small pinch of fresh chopped basil to one side of the triangle and then roll tightly into a cone.
3.) Once rolled, make sure you put the fold side down to make sure they stay rolled. Repeat this process for all your cone dippers.
4.) Add them to your air fryer and spray with non stick cooking spray. Air fry on 360 degrees F for 6-8 Minutes or until golden. Enjoy!
