225 Cals, 28g Carbs, 3g Fat, 24g Protein
Ingredients for Protein Cheesecake Frosting:
227g (1 Cup) Plain NonFat Greek Yogurt
8g Sugar Free/Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix
2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
Add ins:
2 OREO Thins
Directions:
1.) Add all your ingredients into your bowl and mix till you have a thick frosting like consistency.
2.) Add your Oreos Thins and then add to the freezer for 10-15 minutes to make extra cold (or eat right then) and enjoy!
