✳️ Ingredients for Broccoli Crust:
1 Bag Frozen Riced Broccoli
56g Part Skim Mozzarella
14g Parmesan Cheese
1 Large Egg
2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Oregano
✳️ Toppings:
42g Part Skim Mozzarella
Fresh Chopped Parsley & Basil
14 Turkey Pepperonis
❇️ Directions
1️⃣ Microwave your riced broccoli per instructions on the bag.
2️⃣ Add broccoli to a towel and drain as much of the liquid as possible. This is super important for the crust to come together. Be careful doing this because the broccoli will be hot!
3️⃣ Once drained, add broccoli to a bowl and then add your mozzarella, parmesan cheese, large egg, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper and oregano. Mix all together.
4️⃣ Line an oven safe pan with parchment paper and then add your dough to the middle. Spread into a thin crust circle the best you can. You want this as thin as you can get it without holes. Mine was about a 12in crust.
5️⃣ Add to the oven on 425 degrees F for 12 minutes.
6️⃣ Then add your toppings and add back to the oven till toppings are golden.
7️⃣ Then slice up and enjoy!
