Ingredients:
200g Yellow Squash Noodles
200g Zucchini Noodles
200 Cucumber Noodles
125g Pasta Sauce
14g Fat Free Feta
Basil and Oregano
Ingredients for Rice Cake Option for Garlic Breadsticks:
3 Quaker Plain Rice Cakes
3 Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb Cheese Wedges
Sprinkle of Garlic Powder and Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Directions:
1️.) Spiralize your yellow squash, zucchini and cucumber. (Oxo hand held, portable spiralizer is an excellent choice).
2️.) Preheat the stove top pan on a 7/10 heat. Make sure the pan is hot to avoid making the noodles soggy. Add them minute or so and remove once they start to lose water.
3️.) Then top with pasta sauce, feta and basil/oregano.
4️.) Top the rice cakes each with a cheese wedge and seasonings! Then enjoy!
