Macros for Each Grated Egg Avocado Toast:
264 Cals, 26g Carbs, 13g Fat, 14g Protein
Ingredients (makes 2 Toasts):
2 Slices Sourdough
2 Large Hard Boiled Eggs
1 Large Avocado
2 Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges
Everything Bagel Seasoning
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Directions:
1.) Toast your sourdough. I just put them in my air fryer for 4 minutes on 400 degrees F.
2.) Add your a laughing cow cheese wedge to each toast.
3.) Then half your avocado on each toast.
4.) Sprinkle on your everything bagel seasoning.
5.) Then grate a hard boiled egg for each toast.
6.) Add some sea salt and black pepper on top then enjoy!
