Macros for each Cone Dipper:
98 Cals, 9g Carbs, 2g Fat, 11g Protein
Ingredients (makes 8):
2 Large Flour Tortillas (mine had 34g Carbs per Tortilla)
16oz 99/1 Lean Ground Turkey *
42g 2% Colby Jack Cheese *
Sea Salt, Garlic Powder
Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
20g Egg Whites for Egg White Wash
Sesame Seeds
* I only used 10oz of the ground turkey and 28g of the colby jack cheese because I have about a third of the buffalo turkey mixture left. So just letting you know because that’s what’s tracked in the macros.
Directions:
1.) Add your 99/1 lean ground turkey to your stove top pan on a 6/10 heat. Cook for a few minutes and break into crumbles. Season with sea salt and garlic powder.
2.) Then after another minute or so, add your franks red hot and cook for another minute. Then add your 2% colby jack cheese and fresh parsley. Mix it all together and set to the side.
3.) Cut your large flour tortillas into triangles. Brush your egg white wash on the edges to help seal the cones when it comes time to roll them. Then add your lean ground turkey mixture to one side of the triangle and then roll into a cone.
4.) Once rolled, make sure you put the fold side down to make sure they stay rolled. Repeat this process for all your cone dippers.
5.) Add them to your air fryer and spray with non stick cooking spray. Add sesame seeds on top and air fry on 360 degrees F for 6-8 Minutes or until golden. Enjoy
