🔥 375 Cal Big A*S McChicken Salad
Taking the classic McChicken and turning it into a delicious MASSIVE salad for only 357 calories with 50g protein!
Macros for the WHOLE McChicken Salad w/ Dressing:
357 Cals, 28g Carbs, 5g Fat, 50g Protein
Macros for each McChicken Patty:
142 Cals, 6g Carbs, 1.5g Fat, 26g Protein
Ingredients (makes 4 McChickens):
- 16oz Lean Ground
- Chicken Breast
- 20g Yellow Mustard
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 30g Panko
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Paprika
Big Mac Dressing (used about 1/4th on salad):
- 113g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
- 40g Sugar Free Ketchup
- 16g Dijon Mustard
- 8g Pickle Juice (I used from the pickle jar)
- 24g Water
- 2 Big Pinches Sea Salt
- 1 Big Pinch Black Pepper
Rest of Salad:
- 100g Lettuce
- 100g Romaine
- 50g Grape Tomatoes
- 50g Red Onion
- 50g Dill Pickles
- 1.5 of the McChickens
- 14g 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/3rd of the Big Mac Dressing
Directions:
- First make your big mac dressing by adding all your ingredient into your bowl and mixing till smooth. Add to fridge.
- Now add to a bowl your lean ground chicken and combine with yellow mustard (you won’t taste it and it helps keep the ground chicken juicy) and your seasonings. Mix and then form into 4 even sized patties.
- Â Now blend your panko with seasonings until a fine powder. Add to shallow bowl and coat each patty well.
- Spray both sides of the patties with non stick cooking spray and then air fry on 400 degrees F for 9-10 minutes.
- Then build your salad and enjoy.
