Ingredients
Ingredients for High Protein Wrap:
12g All Purpose Flour
12g Coconut Flour
5g Nutritional Yeast
2g Italian Seasoning
150g 2% Cottage Cheese
75g Egg Whites
Rest of Ingredients:
1lb Chicken Breast
All Purpose Seasoning
250g Romaine
100g Grape Tomatoes
6 Tbsp (96g) Low Cal Caesar Dressing
Low Cal Caesar Dressing (total weight 400g aka 12.5 32g Servings)
227g Plain Non Fat Greek yogurt
Juice from ½ Fresh Lemon
14g Olive Oil
30g Worcestershire sauce
10g Dijon Mustard
24g Grated parmesan cheese
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
Directions
1.) Add dry ingredients for wrap into a bowl. Then blend the wet ingredients till smooth. Combine with dry slowly to avoid clumping.
2.) Now add to parchment and spread into a big thin rectangle. Add to oven on 450 degrees F for 7-8 minutes. Then take out and see video how I pulled it off of the parchment.
3.) Now make your chicken by flattening and seasoning both sides. Air fry on 400 degrees F for 9 minutes.
4.) Now make your low cal caesar dressing by adding all the ingredient into a bowl and mixing till smooth.
5.) Now build your caesar salad and toss. Add half your salad to your wrap and roll up tightly. I used parchment to help keep it wrapped tightly.
6.) Slice in half and enjoy!
