247 Cal No Bake Stuffed Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

Ingredients (makes 4 Cookies):

45g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein (I use my brand @Flex_Brands and “FDL” saves you 15%)

45g PB Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder

25g Coconut Flour

4g Zero Cal Sweetener

Pinch of Sea Salt

115g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt

15g Mini Chocolate Chips

 

Protein PB Layer:

25g Powdered PB

10g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein (I use my brand @Flex_Brands and “FDL” saves you 15%)

6g SF/FF Cheesecake Pudding Mix

3g Zero Cal Sweetener

Pinch of Sea Salt

Cold Water to Consistency

 

Hard Chocolate Shell:

45g Mini Chocolate Chips

1g Coconut Oil

 

Directions

Directions:

1.) Add all your dry cookie dough  ingredients into your food processor and process to avoid clumping. Add your greek yogurt in there and process till a cookie dough crumbles start to form.

2.) Add cookie dough crumbles to a bowl and add  your mini chocolate chips. Mix with your hands to form into a big dough balls. Then split into 4 equal size dough balls. Form into cookies with your hands and press with your thumb an indention in the middle for the protein pb layer.

3.) Now let’s make that protein pb layer. Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then slowly add cold water and mix till you get a pb like consistency.

4.) Add that pb layer to each cookie. Then melt your chocolate chip + coconut oil and then drizzle on top of the cookies. Add to the freezer to set for at least and hour. Enjoy!
