✳️ Ingredients (makes 3 Personal Casseroles):
6 Slices Low Cal Bread of your choice (I used Sara Lee 45 Cal Bread)
200g Egg Whites
30g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder (I use my brand aka @flex_brands aka the best protein for recipes in the game! “FDL” saves you 15%!)
20g Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
5g Zero Cal Sweetener
4g Cinnamon
2g Nutmeg
Big Pinch of Sea Salt
✳️ Ingredients for Protein Icing:
15g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder
8g Powdered Sugar
2g Sugar Free/Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix
❇️ Directions:
1️⃣ Add all your french toast ingredients (except bread) into a small blender (I used my nutribullet) and blend till smooth.
2️⃣ Then cut each slice of your bread into 9 cubes. Each personal casserole will have 18 cubes aka 2 slices of bread. This recipe makes 3 personal casseroles.
3️⃣ Spray each of your 3 10oz ramekins with non stick butter spray and then add 18 cubes to each one. Spray the tops with non stick butter spray and air fry on 400 degrees F for 5-6 minutes or until golden.
4️⃣ While those are cooking, make up your protein icing by adding all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mixing to avoid clumping. Then slowly add cold water and mix till you have a nice icing like consistency.
5️⃣ Add icing to the french toast casseroles once they are done and enjoy!
