Ingredients
350g Potatoes O’Brien (basically frozen potatoes, red/green peppers, onion and nothing else)
Avocado Oil Spray (added two grams of fat to the recipe for this)
Sea Salt
Garlic Powder
16oz 96/4 Lean Ground Beef
28g 2% Coby Jack Cheese
42g Salsa
Pickled Red Onion
Pickled Jalapenos
Banana Peppers
Sriracha
42g Avocado
Everything Bagel Seasoning
*You’ll only use a little over half of your chopped cheese ground beef in the meal.
Directions
1.) Add 350g of your potatoes O’Brien to your air fryer and air fry on 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Shake every 5-7 minutes to ensure they cook evenly.
2.) While that’s cooking, make your chopped cheese ground beef. Add to a pan on 7/10 heat your ground beef and flatten to the thickness of a patty. Season top with sea salt and garlic powder.
3.) Let cook on that side till it browns on the bottom. Then flip and cook on that side for a few minutes. Then chop up and add your cheese on top to melt.
4.) Now once your potatoes are down, add to a bowl. Spray with avocado oil and toss. Then add sea salt and garlic powder and toss again.
5.) Now it’s time to build your plate. Add your crispy potatoes, a little over a half (about 10oz of your ground beef) of your chopped cheese ground beef, salsa, pickled red onion, pickled jalapenos, banana peppers, sriracha, avocado, and everything bagel seasoning.
6.) Then it’s time to enjoy!
