Macros per Everything Bagel Rice Cake (w/out egg):
62 Cals, 8g Carbs, 2g Fat, 3g Protein
Ingredients (makes 3):
3 Plain Rice Cakes (I used Quaker)
3 Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges
Everything Bagel Seasoning
Optional Extra Toppings:
3 Large Eggs
Sea Salt, Black Pepper
Sriracha
Directions:
1.) Spread a laughing cow cheese wedge to each rice cake and add everything bagel seasoning on top.
2.) Then you can add whatever protein source you want on top. I went with the fried runny egg and sriracha. Not the most high protein option but I love the combo.
3.) I preheated my pan to a 6/10 heat and then added my 3 eggs with a sprinkle of sea salt and black pepper to each. Added a cover on top and cooked till the outside whites were solid and the middle yolk was still jiggly.
4.) Add to the rice cakes and enjoy! I do recommend not putting the egg on top of the rice cake until you are ready to eat it because it will make the rice cake not as crunchy if you just let it sit on top!
