447 Cal Blended Overnight Oats Fruity Pebble Protein Cookie Dough

Ingredients

40g Oats

8g Fruity Pebbles

30g Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder

12g Fruity Cereal Protein Cookie Butter Powder

10g Powdered PB

5g Zero Cal Sweetener

Baby Pinch of Sea Salt

 

Mix-ins: 15g Fruity Pebbles

Directions

1.) Add all your ingredients to your small blender and blend till smooth.

2.) Add blended mixture back to a bowl and slowly add cold water and mix till you get a cookie dough like consistency. Maybe slightly more runny than a cookie dough just because it’ll set more overnight.

3.) Add to fridge overnight or for a quick set, add to freezer for an hour or so.

4.) Once set, add in your fruity pebbles and mix those in.

5.) Then either eat from the bowl or add to another with a cookie scooper for more aesthetics! Enjoy!

 

* Whey/Casein Blend Protein should work fine as well! Just know it’s not as absorbent as vegan protein so keep that in mind with the water.

* If subbing out cookie butter powder, use a half and half of more protein powder and more powdered pb to make up the difference.
