✅ Macros for each Turkey Burger:
402 Cals, 35g Carbs, 14g Fat, 34g Protein
✳️ Ingredients (makes 3 Burgers):
16oz 93/7 Lean Ground Turkey
Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder
3 Fresh Pineapple Slices with core taken out
3 Brioche Buns
Green Leaf Lettuce
15g Red Onion Strips
✳️ Spicy Honey Ketchup:
60g Sugar Free Ketchup
30g Honey
20g Diced Jalapenos
1 Clove Minced Garlic
Pinch of Sea Salt
❇️ Directions:
1️⃣ First, I take your whole pineapple and cut into about 1 in thick slices. Then I used a biscuit cutter to take out the core of each slice.
2️⃣ Next, add all your ingredients for your spicy honey ketchup into a bowl and mix.
3️⃣ Then with your 16oz of 93/7 lean ground turkey, form into 3 even sized patties.
4️⃣ Preheat the grill to a medium to high heat. Add your turkey burgers and your pineapple slices to the grill. Cook burgers till at 165 degrees F internal temperature. The grill marks on each side are a good sign that you are pretty much at those point. Flip once you see those. The pineapple will be done when the burgers are done.
5️⃣ Now it’s time to build the burger. I toasted my brioches buns in the air fryer on 360 degrees F for a few minutes.
6️⃣ Add your spicy honey ketchup to the bottom bun. Then your green leaf lettuce, burger, pineapple slice, red onion, and more spicy honey ketchup on the top bun. Then it’s time to enjoy!
