Bacon, Egg White & Cheese Pita Breakfast Sandwich

331 Cal Bacon, Egg White & Cheese Pita Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 Sandwich:
1 Pita of your choice (I use Josephs because they are the most macro friendly)
150g Egg Whites
Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Power
3 Slices Turkey Bacon
28g 2% Mexican Cheese
Pinch of Fresh Chopped Cilantro
Cholula

Directions

1.) Preheat your stove top pan to a 5/10 heat. Add your egg whites to a small bowl and season with sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Whisk together.
2.) Spray your preheated stove top pan with non stick cooking spray and add your egg whites to the pan. Then add your pita on top of the egg whites.
3.) Add a cover on top of the pan and cook until the egg whites are fully cooked. Then carefully flip and it’s time to add your sandwich ingredients to one side of the egg whites because you’ll fold it over like a quesadilla to make the sandwich.
4.) Add your turkey bacon (I cook mine in the oven on 425 Degrees F for 15 minutes, flipping at the 10 minute mark), 2% mexican cheese, cilantro and cholula.
5.) Fold over your pita and press it down well so the fold holds. Add to your plate of choice, slice in half and enjoy!
