Macros for each Cookie Bite:
20 Cals, 2g Carbs, 0.5g Fat, 2g Protein
Ingredients (makes 13):
30g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder
20g Oat Flour (Blended Oats)
10g Coconut Flour
4g Zero Cal Sweetener
2g Baking Powder
Pinch of Sea Salt
10g Sprinkles
Directions:
1.) Add all your dry ingredients into a bowl except your sprinkles and mix to avoid clumping.
2.) Then add your almond milk and mix till a small crumble starts to form.
3.) Add your sprinkles and form the mixture into a big dough ball. Slightly wet your hands to make this much easier.
4.) Then pull off pieces of the dough to form into dough balls. Wetting your hands for this step helps a ton too. Repeat for all 13 dough balls.
5.) Add to air fryer and spray tops with non stick cooking spray. Air fry on 350 degrees F for 8 minutes.
6.) Then let cool and toss in powdered sugar. Enjoy!
