✅ Macros for 1/3rd the Batch:
143 Cals, 26g Carbs, 1g Fat, 7.5g Protein
✳️ Ingredients:
3 Large Zucchini’s (about 300g each)
60g Panko
Sea Salt, Garlic Powder
1 Batch Fry Sauce
✳️ Fry Sauce:
113g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
32g Sugar Free Ketchup
8g Dijon Mustard
4g Pickle Juice (I used from the pickle jar)
16g Water
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Paprika
Cayenne Pepper
❇️ Directions:
1️⃣ Cut zucchini into fries and add to a big bowl.
2️⃣ Make your fry sauce by adding all your ingredients into a bowl and mixing till smooth.
3️⃣ Add half your batch of sauce to the zucchini fries and toss till all are coated.
4️⃣ Then coat the fries in the panko + sea salt, garlic powder.
5️⃣ Add as many fries as you can fit into your air fryer without touching and spray with non-stick cooking spray. I used avocado oil spray.
6️⃣ Air fry on 400 degrees F for 6-8 minutes or until golden.
7️⃣ Then use the rest of your sauce as the dipping station. Enjoy!
