1 Minute OREO Protein Cookie Dough

Ingredients

Ingredients for WHOLE Bowl OREO Cookie Dough:

30g Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder

20g Brownie Batter Protein Cookie Butter Powder

10g Black Cocoa Powder

3g Zero Cal Sweetener

Pinch of Salt

180g Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

 

Not in Macros:

2 OREO Thins  I added in

Directions

Directions:

1.) Add all your dry ingredients into your bowl and mix to avoid clumping.

2.) Then slowly add your almond milk about 1/4th at a time and mix to also help to avoid any clumps.

3.) Then enjoy then OR add to the fridge for an hour (freezer for 15 minutes) to really thicken up.

 

*If you use a whey/casein blend protein or just a whey protein, make sure to cut down on your almond milk because it won’t be as absorbent as the vegan protein AKA the cookie dough will be runny with 180g of almond milk. My guess would be between 125-150g.

*Same goes for cookie butter powder. Brownie batter is a vegan flavor thus leading to an even more thick consistency. So if you are subbing this as well, cut the almond milk down even more.
