XL Chicken Buffalo Wrap

XL Buffalo Chicken Wrap Recipe

Ingredients

3 Josephs Lavash Breads (can sub with flatbread)
18oz Chicken Breast
Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
42g Light Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
45g Shredded Lettuce
10g Egg Whites for Egg Wash

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F. Spray your cast iron pan with cooking spray of your choice (I used coconut oil spray). Add your chicken breast to you pan and add to oven for 22-28 minutes depending on how thick the chicken breasts are.
2. HIGHLY recommend getting a meat thermometer to ensure perfect chicken every single time. Looking for around 175-180 degrees F. Once chicken is done, shred into small pieces and then toss in you buffalo sauce.
3.Now lay your lavash down and add your cheese, buffalo chicken, and lettuce. Then wrap tightly. Repeat for all three.
4.Cover oven safe pan in aluminum foil and spray with your cooking spray. Add your wraps on top of the pan. Then brush your egg white was onto your wrap. Add to oven on 400 degrees F until done golden! Heaven!
