Macros for 1/4th the Pico Salad:
101 Cals, 12g Carbs, 5g Fat, 2g Protein
Ingredients:
300g Watermelon
75g Sweet Onion (washed after dicing)
30g Diced Jalapenos
2 Baby Cucumbers (about 100g)
1 Medium Avocado (about 5oz)
Juice from 2 Limes
15g Cilantro
Pinch of Kosher Salt
Directions:
1.) Slice up your watermelon and dice up 300g. Add that to your salad bowl
2.) Dice up your sweet onion and then rinse the diced sweet onion to take out the bitterness. Add to your salad bowl.
3.) Dice up your jalapeno. Make sure to take out all the seeds. Add to your salad bowl.
4.) Dice up two baby cucumbers and add to your salad bowl.
5.) Dice up your avocado and add to the salad.
6.) Juice 2 limes into the salad.
7.) Add a pinch of kosher salt to the bowl and toss till all combined. Enjoy!
