Ingredients for Crust:
45g All Purpose Flour
8g Coconut Flour
3g Garlic Powder
3g Baking Powder
15g Egg Replacement Powder
90g Non Dairy Yogurt (I used Silk Soy)
Toppings:
60g Pizza Sauce of your choice
28g Vegan Mozzarella Cheese of your choice
1.) Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix. In a separate bowl, add egg replacement powder and 50ml of water. Mix together and let sit for 90 seconds to thicken up. Then mix in yogurt with the egg replacement. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet and mix until it’s all mixed.
2.) Cover a pizza pan with parchment paper, and spread the pizza dough out to form any desired pizza shape. Highly recommended to spread the dough like an actual pizza with the edges having more dough than the middle. This will ensure that it bakes right and has a thick crust. Place the pan in the oven for 8-10 minutes (keep an eye on it). Take the pizza out once it’s golden.
3.) Take the crust off of the parchment paper and put back in the pan. Add toppings, then place it back in the oven for 3-5 minutes. When it’s done, take the pizza out and enjoy this heavenly vegan pizza!
