Ingredients for Protein Waffles:
20g Pancake Mix of Choice
10g PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Select Protein (“FDL” saves you 15%)
2g Coconut Flour
2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
2g Baking Powder
30g Egg Whites
Rest of Ingredients:
2 Slices Turkey Bacon
2 Large Eggs
Low Carb Strawberry Jam Recipe
1.) Add dry waffles ingredients into a bowl and mix. Add egg whites and mix. Add a little bit of cold water and mix to yield a batter consistency. Preheat a dash waffle maker. Spray with non stick cooking spray and add half batter to the waffle maker. Cook till golden. Repeat that process with the other waffle.
2.) While the waffles are cooking, add turkey bacon and eggs to stove top pan on 6/10 heat.
Place the cover on top to help eggs cook evenly and stay runny. The eggs are finished when the outside egg whites are no longer liquidy to the touch but the middle yolk is still giggly. Flip turkey bacon once it’s getting crispy on the sides
3.) Once all is done, remove the jam from the fridge and add to the waffles. Add everything to the plate and enjoy with a side of coffee!
