Ingredients (makes 3 sandwiches):
6 Slices of Bread (I used Sara Lee Butterbread with 12g Carbs per slice)
9oz 96/4 Lean Ground Beef
160g No Sugar Added Ketchup
15g Worcestershire Sauce
6 Slices Fat Free American Cheese
30g Diced White Onion
6g Garlic Powder
4g Sea Salt
1.) Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and a stovetop pan to 6/10 heat. Season ground beef with sea salt and garlic powder. Dice onions into small pieces. Add ground beef and onions to preheated stove top pan.
2.) Cook until meat it is starting to brown. Add ketchup and worchestire sauce. Mix those in.
3.) Now lay the slices of bread down and add a slice of fat free to the 3 bottom slices of bread for sandwiches. Now take your ground beef from the pan and add on top. Then add another slice of fat free cheese on top of each. Add top slice of bread.
4.) Bake in the oven till bread is golden and then enjoy!
