Ingredients (makes 2 Grilled Cheese’s):
4 Slices of Bread of your choice (I used White Butterbread)
4 Slices Fat Free American Cheese
20g Light Shredded Mozzarella
1.) Preheat your stovetop pan on a 5/10 heat. Now lay your bread slices down and add one slice of cheese, then 10g mozzarella, then another slice of cheese on top. Then do the same for you other grilled cheese. Don’t add your top slice on yet.
2.) Spray stove top pan with some non stick cooking spray and then lay down each slice topped with the cheese to the pan without the top slices on. Add cover on pan to help the cheese melt.
3.) Now after 2-3 minutes, add your top slice on top of each and then spray the tops with non stick cooking spray. Flip over carefully and add cover on top of pan. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, take off and enjoy!
