Ingredients for One Sandwich:
1 Can Tuna in Water
½ Medium Size Avocado
1 Light Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge
10g Sriracha (optional)
Everything Bagel Seasoning
14g 2% Colby Jack Cheese
3 Tomato Slices
Small Handful of Arugula
2 Slices Sourdough Bread
1.) Make sure to drain as much of the water from your tuna as you can so we can get a thick consistency when adding all the other ingredients. Now add into a bowl your tuna, avocado, cheese wedge, sriracha and everything bagel seasoning. Mix until combined. I like to leave some chunks of the avocado for the texture.
2.) Once combined, toast your bottom slice of bread to ensure it doesn’t get soggy when you toast the whole sandwich. I just added mine to my air fryer at 400 degrees F for 2-3 minutes.
3.) Add your tuna mixture onto the bottom slice of bread. To preface, I used 3/4th of the mixture and that was a lot on the sandwich. Just keep that in mind. Now add 7g of your cheese, your fresh tomato slices, and more cheese on top of the tomatoes.
4.) Add to your air fryer on 400 degrees F for 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown. You will also have your top slice of bread in there as well to toast. Don’t add it on top of the sandwich while there. Keep the sandwich open faced so it can toast.
5.) Once toasted, add your handful of arugula on top and then add your top slice of bread. Slice in half and then enjoy!
