Ingredients for Frappe:
20g Flex Vanilla Whey Blend Protein
12g Pumpkin Spice Protein Cookie Butter Powder
2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
Dash of Pumpkin Spice (can add more if you want)
1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
½ Cup Coffee of your choice (make sure it’s cold!)
50g Pumpkin Puree
1.) Add all your ingredients into your blender except your ice and pulse a few times to combine.
2.) Then add your ice and blend for about 45-60 seconds until ice is fully blended.
3.) Then add to your cup of choice and enjoy!
> You can sub any flavor cookie butter flavor to change up the flavor!
> If you do not have cookie butter, sub with a vegan vanilla protein powder. You won’t get as strong of pumpkin flavor so maybe sub in the pumpkin pie extract.
