Ingredients:
8g PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Select Protein
8g Bisquick Heart Healthy Pancake Mix (You can use any standard pancake mix)
1g Stevia
30g Egg Whites
1.) Preheat your oven on 350 degrees F and preheat your waffle cone maker (https://amzn.to/2JAVrfo). Add your dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together to avoid clumping. Then add your egg whites and mix together till you have a batter like consistency.
2.) Add your batter to the middle of your waffle maker and press it down till it can clip shut. Let cool for 2-3 minutes till golden and then take off.
3.) When you take it off, immediately try to shape into a taco. Be careful not to rip it. Be gentle and it will slowly take form. Then once it’s taken the form of a taco, add something like a salt shaker to the end to hold it shut for a few minutes to make sure it stays.
4.) Now using the rack bars in your oven, add your taco to one of those rack bars hanging downward to have it bake and create a crunchy taco! Bake for 1-2 minutes until it’s getting golden and is crunchy to the touch. Then take out and let cool. Then add your ice cream to the middle or whatever your heart desires and enjoy
