Protein PB&J

Ingredients

2 Slices Sara Lee 45 Cal Bread

10g Flex Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (or protein of your choice) Code “FDL” saves you 15% on proteincookiebutter.com 

6g Powdered PB

2g Coconut Flour

2g Sugar Free/Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix (optional)

2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice

30g Low Carb Raspberry Jam Recipe 

 

Directions

1.) Add your protein powder, powdered pb, coconut flour, pudding mix and zero cal sweetener to a bowl. Mix to avoid clumping. Then slowly add cold water 10ml at a time and mix and repeat until there is a thick but not too thick creamy peanut butter like consistency. Add to fridge to cool.

2.) Then lay a slice of bread flat, add the protein pb and raspberry to jelly to a slice and enjoy!
