Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

100g Pancake Mix of your choice
50g Flex Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (or protein of your choice) Code “FDL” saves you 15% on proteincookiebutter.com
24g Protein Cookie Butter Frosted Cinnamon Roll
10g Coconut Flour
8g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
8g Baking Powder
100g Egg Whites
100g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt

Toppings:
Sugar Free Maple Syrup of your choice

Directions

1) Add dry ingredients into a big bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then, add the wet ingredients and mix. Then, add 160ml cold water and mix until you get a thick but not too thick batter like consistency.
2) Preheat the stove top pan to a 5/10 heat. Once preheated, spray with non stick butter spray and add your batter.
3) Repeat this process for all 8 pancakes. Then add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
