Ingredients for Frosting:

20g Flex Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (or protein of your choice) Code “FDL” saves you 15% on proteincookiebutter.com

10g Black Cocoa Powder

8g Powdered Sugar

6g Sugar Free/Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix

3g Zero Cal Sweetener of your Choice

Directions

1.) Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Add the dry pizza dough ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Add the wet pizza dough ingredients into a separate bowl and mix. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until there is a thick paste-like consistency.

2.) You can either use a pizza pan or a cast iron pan to bake your pizza. If using a pizza pan, line with parchment paper so the pizza crust doesn’t stick to the pan. If using a cast iron pan, simply spray with non stick spray.

3.) Spread the dough to the desired pizza shape. To have a thicker crust, the middle should have less dough and the outside should have a bit more. Place the pan in the oven for 8-10 minutes (keep an eye on it) and take it out once the crust starts to golden.

4.) If on parchment paper, take the pizza off the parchment and add back into the oven for 3-4 minutes to help the middle bake more.

5.) Once done, take out and let cool and make the protein frosting to add on top. Add the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Add cold water slowly and mix and repeat until there is thick but not too thick frosting like consistency. Be careful not to add too much water. The frosting will thicken when placed in the refrigerator.

6.) When everything is ready, add the frosting on top of pizza and then add rainbow chips on top and enjoy!
