60g Quick or Old Fashioned Oats
24g Frosted Cinnamon Roll Protein Cookie Butter
4g Ground Cinnamon
2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your Choice (optional)
4 Slice Center Cut Bacon
2 Large Eggs
Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
1.) Add 60g of your oats to a bowl and then add enough water to cover the oats completely to where they are barely under water. Add to microwave for 2 minutes. Keep an eye on them.
2.) Take out, mix around, and add more water to cover to cover the oats again. Just slightly under water. Add back to microwave for 1.5-2 minutes. Keep an eye on them because they might want to rise over the bowl and overflow.
3.) Once done, take out and mix. Then add your protein cookie butter, ground cinnamon and zero cal sweetener in and mix. Add to fridge to cool for a bit.
4.) Now preheat your stove top pan to a 6/10 heat. Add your bacon on the pan and cook with 2-3 minutes on each side to crispy. Take off an put onto paper towels. Then add another paper towel on top and press into the bacon to help then get super crispy.
5.) Now add your eggs onto the pan with the bacon fat still on there and cook up. Add cover on top to help eggs cook regularly to make runny!
6.) Once all is ready to go, add eggs and bacon on top of oatmeal and enjoy!
