Ingredients for Cinnasticks:
30g All Purpose Flour
8g Coconut Flour
15g PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Select Protein (“FDL” saves you 15%)
4g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
4g Ground Cinnamon
4g Baking Powder
100g Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
70g Egg Whites (Can sub 1 large egg)
* If you want to make cinnasticks higher carb, sub out the vanilla protein with 15g more flour and then add in another 2g of sweetener to balance it out. Adding a 1-2g of vanilla extract would help to make up for the lack of vanilla flavor coming from the protein powder.
Ingredients for Protein Icing Dipping Station:
15g PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Select Protein (“FDL” saves you 15%)
5g Coconut Flour
2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
45g Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
20-30ml of Cold Water
*You can add 4g of SF/FF White Chocolate Pudding mix to make it even more THICCC. Not necessary and what you see in the picture is not with the pudding mix.
1.) Preheat your oven to 500 Degrees F. Now add all your dry ingredients into one bowl and your wet ingredients into another. Mix the dry ingredients together to avoid clumping. Then do the same with the wet ingredients. Now combine the dry with the wet and mix together until they are fully combined.
2.) Now take your pizza pan and cover with parchment paper. Now spread out your dough into the shape of a rectangle. Be careful, you don’t want thin crust cinnasticks so make sure not to spread it too thin. But also, don’t leave it too thick.
3.) Once to the desired shape, add to oven for 8-10 minutes (keep an eye on it) and take out once golden. Sprinkles some more cinnamon and zero cal sweetener on top and let cool on cooling rack.
Directions for Protein Icing:
1.) Add all your dry frosting ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping when you add your wet ingredients.
2.) Then slowly add 20ml of cold water and mix that in really well.
3.) Now add your greek yogurt and mix like crazy. This will ensure you do not get a gritty icing. If it’s gritty, then you didn’t mix well enough.
4.) Only add 10ml more water if you need to! Err on the side of caution. When you add to the freezer for 10 minutes, it’ll thicken up but not a crazy amount.
