Ingredients for Whole Skillet:
25g All-Purpose Flour

18g Peanut Butter Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder
8g Coconut Flour
3g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
3g Baking Soda
1 Large Egg
40g Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
40g Unsweetened Apple Sauce
15g Mini Chocolate Chips
1.) Add all your dry ingredients (except mini chocolate chips) into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Add your wet ingredients and combine till you have a wet cookie dough-like consistency. Add to the freezer for 10 minutes to help thicken up a bit more.
2.) After the freezer, add your mini chocolate chips and mix those in. Now take your 6.5in cast iron skillet and spray with cooking spray. Add your cookie dough and spread till you have the whole skillet evenly covered.
3.) Now add to your air fryer on 250 degrees F for 8 minutes. Once done, enjoy or add some ice cream on top for that warm-cold contrast!
