Ingredients for 14 Taquiitos:
14 Fajita Style Tortillas (can use smaller ones as well)
45g Flex Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (or protein of your choice) Code “FDL” saves you 15% on proteincookiebutter.com
45g Peanut Butter Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder
3g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
90g Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
30g Mini Chocolate Chips
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk to consistency
1.) Add all your dry ingredients (except mini chocolate chips) into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Add your almond milk slowly and mix and repeat until you have a frosting like consistency. Now mix in your greek yogurt until fully combined. Add to the freezer for 5-10 minutes to help thicken up a bit more. After the freezer, add your mini chocolate chips and mix those in.
2.) Now it’s time to roll up your taquitos. Lay your tortilla flat and add some of your cookie dough to one side. Roll the tortilla tightly. Repeat this process for all 6 taquitos. Then add to your air fryer and spray tops with non stick cooking spray. Cook on 400 degrees F for 3-4 minutes till golden. Then enjoy!
