Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients

Ingredients for 45 Bites:

45g Whey/Casein Blend Vanilla Protein Powder

45g PB Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder

25g Coconut Flour

4g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice

115g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

30g Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions

1.) Add all of the dry ingredients to your food processor and pulse to combine everything together.

2.) Add the greek yogurt then pulse your food processor a few times. Turn it down to a lower speed until the dough has formed. This will take 20-30 seconds.

3.) Add the dough to your fridge to cool for 45-60 minutes, then form them into little bites and enjoy! You can make the bites as big or as small as you want! I made 30 so that’s what the macros are based off of.
