Ingredients for 1 Loaf:
400g Banana
200g Egg Whites
100g Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
120g Flex Brands Vanilla Whey Protein (“FDL Saves 15%)
60g Coconut Flour
12g Zero Cal Sweetener of your Choice
6g Ground Cinnamon
12g Baking Powder
30g Mini Chocolate Chips (can add more if you’d like!)
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add your banana to a bowl mash till there are no more chunks. Then add your egg whites and mix together.
2.Add your dry ingredients (except mini chocolate chips) to another bowl and mix to avoid clumping.
3 Now combine dry with the wet and mix.
4. Spray your loaf tin with non stick cooking spray and add batter to it.
5. Add to oven for 40-45 minutes until tops are cracked and you can see some golden brown spots.
6. Take out, let cool and enjoy!
