Macros per Waffle w/out Toppings:
247 Cals, 30g Carbs, 3.5g Fat, 24g Protein
Ingredients (Makes 4 Waffles):
120g All Purpose Flour
60g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder
30g PB Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder
24g Coconut Flour
8g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
8g Baking Powder
150g Egg Whites
400ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
Directions:
1.) Add all your dry ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then add your egg whites and almond milk. Mix till combined.
2.) Preheat your waffle maker and spray with non stick cooking spray. Add 1/4th of your batter to the middle of the waffle maker and use your spoon to spread it to fill the whole iron. Close the waffles maker and cook until golden.
3.) Repeat this process for all 4 of your waffles and then add your toppings and enjoy!
