Macros for the WHOLE Bowl (w/out toppings):
407 Cals, 47g Carbs, 7g Fat, 39g Protein
Ingredients for Air Fryer Oats:
60g Quick Oats (Old Fashioned works too)
350ml Water
30g Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
15g PB Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder
3g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
Dash of Cinnamon
Dash of Nutmeg
Toppings (not in macros)
Red Raspberries
Blueberries
Cacao Nibs
Sea Salt Flakes
Melted PB Drizzle
Directions:
1.) Add your oats and water to your air fryer safe pot and air fry on 400 Degrees F for 10 minutes. Time can vary based on your air fryer so keep that in mind.
2.) Once done, add your dry ingredients into the pot and mix till combined. I recommend mixing with something other than your spoon because you don’t want to scratch up your pot. I use a rubber spatula.
3.) Then add to your bowl of choice, add your toppings and enjoy.
