OREO Protein Donuts

Ingredients

Ingredients for Donuts (makes 9):

25g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder

25g All Purpose Flour

12g Brownie Batter Protein Cookie Butter Powder

10g Black Cocoa Powder

5g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice

4g Baking Powder

135g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt

135g Egg Whites

50g Unsweetened Apple Sauce

 

Ingredients for Protein Cheesecake Frosting:

170g (1 Cup) Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt

6g Sugar Free/Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix

2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice

Directions

1.) Add all your dry donut ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Add your wet ingredients and mix till you have a batter like consistency.

2.) Spray your donut molds with non-stick cooking spray and evenly add your batter to all 9 molds. I got these molds off amazon. They are considered mini donut molds.

3.) Add to the air fryer and cook at 250 degrees F for 15 minutes. Then carefully pop out of the molds and add back to the air fryer with the bottoms facing up. Air Fry at the same temp for 5 more minutes.

4.) While those are cooking, make up your frosting. Add all your ingredients into your bowl and mix till you have a thick frosting like consistency. 

5.) Add 2 crushed Oreos Thins to the frosting and mix them in and then add to the fridge to keep cool.

6.) Once donuts are done, add to the cooling rack. Once you want to eat them, add your frosting and then enjoy!

 

*If you do make these in the oven, I’d say 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes!
