Oreo Cookie Butter & Blueberry Jelly Sandwich (166 Cals)

Ingredients

Ingredients:
2 Slices of Bread of your choice (I used Sara Lee 45 Cal Bread)
8g PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Select Protein
8g Black Cocoa Powder
2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
32g No Sugar Added Blueberry Jelly Recipe

Directions

1.) Add your protein powder, black cocoa powder and zero cal sweetener to a bowl and mix. Then add 20ml cold water and mix really well. If you get a thick but not too thick consistency then you are good to go. Add to the freezer to let cool and thicken up for 5-10 minutes. If not, add a splash of water and mix. BE CAREFUL not to add too much.

2.) I am going to assume you already have your no sugar added jelly done. It’s a game changer if you’ve never made it! 1g carbs per serving! Ok back to the recipe

3.) Lay both your slices of bread down and add your cookie butter to one and you jelly to the other. Spread to the edges of the bread. Then add one slice on top of the other and enjoy! That simple!
