No Bake Protein Chocolate Cookie Dough Donut

Ingredients

Ingredients for 3 Donuts:

45g Flex Brands Vanilla Whey Protein (“FDL” saves you 15%)

45g Peanut Butter Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder

25g Coconut Flour

4g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice

115g Plain NonFat Greek Yogurt

30g Mini Chocolate Chips

 

Directions

1.) Add all your ingredients (except mini chocolate chips) into your food processor and process until a dough ball is formed. Add to the fridge until longer sticky to the touch. Should take 30 minutes to an hour.

2.) Once no longer stick to the touch, split the dough into 3 equal parts. Then roll with your hands one of the dough pieces into a thick rope. Then connect each end of the dough into a donut shape and press together those ends. Repeat this process for your other 2 donuts.

3.) Now take your mini chocolate chips and press into the outsides of the donuts.

4.) Then it’s time to enjoy!
