Meal Prep Bang Bang Salmon Bites Bowl

Ingredients

Ingredients for Bang Bang Salmon:

18oz Salmon

Blackened Seasoning

Half Batch Bang Bang Sauce

 

Bang Bang Sauce:

113g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt

28g Honey

15g Sriracha

4g Rice Vinegar

Rest of Bowl:

¾ Cup Jasmine Rice

15g Shredded Carrots

40g Baby Cucumber

30g Edamame

10g Sriracha

Chives

Directions

Directions:

1.) Slice your salmon into nugget sized pieces. Add to a bowl and season with a blackened seasoning mix.

2.) Air fry the salmon on 400 degrees F for 8 minutes.

3.) While those are cooking, add all your bang bang sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix till smooth.

4.) Once salmon is done, add to a bowl and toss in your bang bang sauce.

5.) Build your bowl and enjoy!
