Ingredients for 2 Pizzas:
250g Egg Whites
28g Coconut Flour
Sea Salt
Garlic Powder
Fresh Chopped Basil
90g Pizza Sauce
56g Light Shredded Mozzarella
1.) Add your egg whites, coconut flour, and a dash of sea salt/garlic powder into a bowl and mix. I added mine to my nutribullet to mix them quickly and easily. Then mix in your fresh chopped basil.
2.) Preheat a stove top pan to a 7/10 heat. Then add half your egg white mixture to the middle of the pan. Swivel the pan in a circular motion to form a thin crust shape. Add a cover on top and let it cook till the top of the egg whites are no longer liquidy.
3.) Then carefully flip and add a burger press on top to help it crisp up on the bottom. You could also do this by just consistently pressing your spatula down on the top of the crust.
4.) Flip once golden on the bottom and repeat that process for the other side.
5.) Once the crust is ready, add your toppings. I cooked one in the oven and the other in the air fryer. Bake at 450 degrees F for 5-6 minutes. The air fryer on 400 degrees F for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is golden. Then slice up and enjoy!
