Frozen Pizza After Oven Sliced Up

Homemade Frozen Pizza

Ingredients

45g All Purpose Flour

8g Coconut Flour

4g Baking Powder

Dash of Oregano, Sea Salt, Basil and Garlic Powder

100g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

70g Egg Whites

 

Toppings:

60g Pizza Sauce

30g Low Fat Queso

21g Light Shredded Mozzarella

Basil and Oregano

Directions

1.) Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F. Add the dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Mix the dry ingredients together to avoid clumping and repeat with the bowl of wet ingredients. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet.

2.) Take a pizza pan and cover it with parchment paper, then spread the pizza dough to form your desired pizza shape. Place the pan in the oven for 8-10 minutes (keep an eye on it) and take it out once your crust is golden.

3.) Add all of the toppings except for Basil and Oregano to your pizza, then put it back in the oven for 3-5 minutes. Take the pan out, sprinkle some Oregano and Basil on top, then enjoy this heavenly pizza!
